You can be at our office, on Route 15 in Walden, in just 3 hours from Boston, 3 ½ hours from Hartford, CT, 1 ½ hours from Montreal and in just over 1 hour from Burlington International Airport. We’re closer than you thought!

From the Boston Area...
you’ll want to take Interstate 93 which will take you through the New Hampshire countryside and Franconia Notch near Mt. Washington. You’ll continue on I-93 until you reach the junction of Interstate 91 North just south of St. Johnsbury. You’ll only be on I-91 north for a couple of miles... watch for exit 21.

From the Hartford, CT/ Springfield, MA areas...
come right up Interstate 91 to exit 21 in St. Johnsbury.

Exit 21 in St. Johnsbury puts you onto US Route 2 west heading towards Danville, VT. You’ll stay on Route 2 through the Village of Danville with its charming village green and gazebo which hosts the Danville Fair every summer. Be sure to note the old architecture as you pass through the village, particularly the Danville Town Hall which will be on your right.

As you continue on Route 2 west, you’ll next come into West Danville and see Joe’s Pond. West Danville is a major crossroad where Route 2 meets the beginning of Route 15. Here you’ll want to turn right onto Route 15 and you’re almost at our office. We’re just 3 miles up the road on the right from there. Our office is in an old cape style farmhouse on your right... watch for our sign.

From Northwestern Vermont...
you can easily pick-up Route 15 and go ‘cross-lots’ through the various small towns that make our region unique. Be sure to stop at Rowell sugarhouse in Walden to pick up some pure Vermont maple syrup, the world’s best, and see the handpainted treasures that are created there. We’re sure that you’ll be presented with quite an array of Vermont treats and crafts to enjoy. If you visit in the springtime, you’ll be greeted by steam rising from the cupola of the sugarhouse as the magic of getting sugar from trees continues... stop in for a taste of fresh, warm, pure Vermont maple syrup!

Coming in from New York State and the Burlington area...
you can cross Lake Champlain via the ferry, and then you’ll want to pick up Route 2 east. Stay on Route 2 until you come into Lower Cabot, where you’ll see a left turn for Route 215. That road will take you right into Cabot village, home of Cabot Creamery and the world’s best Cheddar cheese! Stop in their store and take the plant tour!

Continue on Route 215 to the junction of Route 15 in Walden. Turn right onto Route 15 and you’ll see Rowell Sugarhouse on the left, and you’ll find our office just 1.7 miles past the sugarhouse on the left.
